Nobody reopens a two
The hands went up before he finished. About four seconds. Long enough to decide that disagreeing with someone who has standing will cost you.
Tim Irving was on a call with incident commanders. Political incidents: the severity arrives before anyone has assessed the impact. Take the escalation. Pay lip service until the executive leaves the bridge.
He had the matrix. Nobody he was arguing with was reading it. Forty minutes of the incident on the severity field. Later, a hallway. Someone says he should just do what is asked.
The impact section does not describe an impact. The timeline has a gap at the start that nobody explains. The incident is a two. The record says so. It will say so forever. Nobody reopens a two.
